Our word of the day is fidget – this is a verb meaning to make small movements as if you are nervous, anxious, or bored. Children often do this because they have trouble sitting still, but adults can fidget as well.
Examples of fidgeting might be tapping your fingers, wiggling your leg, playing with your hair or with a pencil. There are even little things called fidget toys that can help keep your hands occupied if you feel like fidgeting. That’s our word of the day – follow me for more!
